HOW TO MAKE A DELICIOUS MAGFOOD FRUIT LEATHER
Fruit leather is fruit pulp that is dried to a moisture content of 20% so that it is in the form of a sheet. Is a healthy food made from natural ingredients with vitamins, minerals, and fiber that can be used as an alternative to processed fruit. The quality of fruit leather is largely determined by the content of fiber, pectin and acid. Fruits commonly used for making fruit leather are strawberry, mango, guava, soursop, and a mixture of pineapple and pumpkin (a fruit with high fiber content). You can also combine several types of fruit for a unique taste.
