Description

Premix ICE CREAM MAGFOOD is commonly used for personal consumption, home industries, small industries, cafes to restaurants.

Ways of making:

For manual use with a hand mixer

1. Dissolve 160 grams of ice cream powder with 300 cc of cold water in a mixer on low speed, then beat at high speed for 5 minutes or until the volume expands 2.5-3 times from the initial volume.
2. Store in the freezer for 15-20 minutes. Beat again with the mixer for 2 minutes on high speed.
3. Pour the ice cream mixture in a box container.
4. Store the ice cream mixture in the freezer for 8-12 hours before serving.
5. Chocochips, chocolate flakes, nuts or pieces of fruit can be added for garnish and variety. Additions are made at the last minute of the second shuffle.

For use with hard ice cream machines

1. Dissolve 1 pack (960 grams) of ice cream powder with 2 liters of warm water (max 70 degrees C) in a mixer on low speed. Turn on the hard ice cream machine and pour the ice cream solution into the machine tube. The stirring process time is 45-60 minutes.
2. Pour the ice cream mixture into the box container
3. Store the ice cream mixture in the freezer for 8 hours before serving.
