Magfood Seasoning flour can be used to fry Chicken, Tofu, Tempe, Shrimp, Squid, Corn, Spinach, Vegetables etc.

Magfood Flour Seasoning makes various fried foods crispy and crunchy.
Packaging 1 kg, can be dissolved in 1 liter of water.

Ingredients: Starch, Wheat Flour, Flavor Enhancer, Salt, Spices

 

Cooking method: chicken, squid, shrimp

Chicken pieces, shrimp squid washed and drained (to keep it wet)

  1. Prepare MAGFOOD seasoning flour, roll chicken pieces, squid, shrimp into dry flour (without water).
  2. Because chicken, shrimp, squid are wet after washing, the flour will stick to it immediately
  3. Fry until dry

Cooking method : Spinach and broccoli

  1. The MAGFOOD seasoning flour is given enough water and stirred to make it runny / thick according to taste.
  2. Put the spinach or broccoli (or other vegetables) covered with the liquid seasoning flour mixture. Then fried until crisp.

Cooking method: cakes, corn/vegetable buns

  1. Cut vegetables (for bakwan mixed) then mix with MAGFOOD seasoning flour and water so that it becomes one dough
  2. Fry with a spoon in hot oil until crisp.
