1. Siapkan premix ice cream 480gr
2. Campurkan dengan air dingin sebanyak 1 liter lalu di mixer selama 5 menit
3. Simpan dalam freezer 45 menit
4. Lalu mixer lagi selama 5 menit dan siap dibekukan
