It is undeniable that togetherness and mutual support and cohesiveness in an organization are very important assets to carry out routines and tasks in order to achieve common goals. team and employees’ families with each other, strengthen cooperation between fellow employees, and it is hoped that employees can be happy and refreshed again, so that when they work there will be a new work spirit.

This activity was held at the location of Talaga Cikeas Tourism, Bogor. Mrs. Yanti Melianti as the owner and founder said “I am grateful for the performance we have achieved in 2019, although there are still many things that we must evaluate together so that in 2020 we will be even better,” he said.
