Magfood Group ILO SCORE Program Final Report

On December 3, 2019, Magfood successfully underwent the SCORE program from October to December. The results of the SCORE final report were presented, led by Mrs. Yanti Melianti (Owner) and representatives of the Magfood Wulan, Nove, Alfi and Bening team.

SCORE (Sustaining Competitive and Responsible Enterprises) is a tripartite program developed by the Ministry of Manpower and Transmigration, the Indonesian Employers’ Association (APINDO), the Indonesian Trade Union , as well as the International Labor Organization (ILO), since 2009.

In accordance with its objective, namely, to increase the productivity and competitiveness of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs)/ Small and Medium Industries (IKM) so that in the end they can create new jobs, the SCORE program phase I (2009 period) – 2013) has succeeded in helping increase productivity and competitiveness in 90 companies through efforts to create harmonious working relationships. The ILO strategy for the SCORE program is the capacity building of instructors from SCORE program partners and implemented through ToT (Training of Trainers) and ToE (Training of Enterprises)

It is hoped that this SCORE program for PT. Magfood Innovation Pangan can increase morale and productivity in work patterns, 5S Initiatives (Sisih, Susun, Sasap, Sosoh, Suluh) to improve working conditions, Measure improvements in cooperation in workplace, improving the company for the better, and increasing customer satisfaction.
