PMI HONG KONG LEARNING ENTREPRENEURSHIP.
The drizzle that had fallen in Hong Kong since the previous night did not prevent more than 200 participants from attending the Exit Program event held by the Indonesian Consulate General in Hong Kong at the Olympic House, Sunday, November 25 2018.
The theme of the event that day was “Back to the Village with Entrepreneurship”. Present as a resource person, Mrs. Yanty Melianty Isa, the founder of Food Innovation MagFood. (Video Presentation Material at https://bit.ly/2KHadyx ).
The purpose of this event is to equip PMI with basic knowledge of entrepreneurship, which can later be developed in the country.
Many entrepreneurship tips were conveyed by the resource persons, including calculating the capital to be invested, and how to conduct a small survey about products that are of interest to local residents.
The Consul General of the Republic of Indonesia, Tri Tharyat said that the Indonesian Consulate General in Hong Kong will continue to strive to hold activities to empower PMI so that later they can become entrepreneurs in the country, after returning to Indonesia. Consul General Tri hopes that PMIs can return to their homeland with sufficient entrepreneurial knowledge, which can be applied at home, according to their respective interests.
