Material :
1. Magfood ice cream premix
2. Bread
3. Eggs
How to make MAGFOOD-style fried ice cream
1. Prepare the magfood ice cream mixer and premix
2. Mix 320 grams of premix + cold water (5-10̊C) 600 ml
3. Stir with mixer, low speed (to dissolve)
4. Stir with mixer, high speed, 7 minutes
5. Store in Freezer 15-20 minutes
6. Stir again with mixer on high speed, 2 minutes. Mix well
7. Put it in a box container
8. Store in the freezer. (24 hours soft ice cream)
9. Flatten the bread
10. Fill it with 1/2 scoop of ice cream that has been made
11. Fold it in half, and apply egg white on the edges as adhesive
12. Spread the egg white all over the bread
13. Fry quickly (160oC)
14. Remove and fried ice cream is ready to serve
