Ingredients :
- 200 gr oyster mushroom
- oil for frying
coating material:
- 300 gr magfood crispy flour
- 40 g cornstarch
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tbsp salt
- 1 tsp Magfood powdered broth
dyestuffs mixed together:
- 75 gr Crispy Magfood Flour
- 10 g corn flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper powder
- 1/4 Magfood powdered broth
- 200 ml ice water
- 1/2 tbsp cooking oil
- spring ingredients:
- 2 1/2 tbsp spice sprinkles Magfood balado
Steps :
