- 200 gram glutinous rice flour

How to Make Ice Cream
- Mix 320 grams of Magfood Premix Ice Cream any flavor according to taste + cold water (5-10̊C) 600 ml
- Stir with mixer, low speed (to dissolve)
- Stir with mixer, high speed, 7 minutes
- Keep in Freezer 15-20 minutes
- Then remove from freezer, stir again with mixer on high speed, 2 minutes. Stir until smooth
- Put in a box container
- Store in the freezer. (soft ice cream 24 hours, hard ice cream 2-3 x 24 hours
How to make Ice Cream Mochi Skin
- Prepare the ice cream balls in advance, take the ice cream using an ice cream scoop, trim the shape to keep it round. Cover it with plastic wrap, and put it back in the freezer.
- Then prepare a large basin. Mix powdered sugar with water in the basin, beat until dissolved
- Add glutinous rice flour, mix well using a spatula.
- Transfer to a non-stick skillet, cook until thickened and smooth. It can also be cooked by steaming. Then cool the dough.
- Place the table with plastic wrap, and sprinkle with enough cornstarch. Spread the dough with a rolling pin, print it with a round mold.
- Wrap the ice cream in mochi shells, and put it back in the freezer for 4 hours.
- Mochi filled with ice cream is ready to serve.
