The excitement of the MAGFOOD Team socializing the ILO Entreprise SCORE program

Friday 1 November 2019, The process of implementing the SCORE ILO Entreprise program socialization, for the MagFood and Amazy teams with “agents of change” who will continue to carry out the company’s change plan to be better for the future together.

Led by Alfi (Operations Manager), Nove (R&D), Wulan (HRD) and Bening (Production) are the driving leaders in the productivity improvement program which will run for the next one year.

Improvements and endeavors are jobs that will never be finished until the end of their lives Magfood wants to involve all staff in all departments to make major changes in certain areas such as working conditions, HR management, work environment and improving quality, productivity and competitiveness of the company.
