Home Industry Training to Make Various Meatballs
Meatballs are a type of meat ball found in Indonesian cuisine. In general, meatballs are made from a mixture of ground beef and t tapioca flour, but there are also meatballs made from chicken, fish, shrimp and even buffalo meat. In its presentation, meatballs are generally served hot with clear beef broth, mixed with noodles, vermicelli, sometimes egg tofu and sprinkled with fried onions and celery.
