Magfood held the “Assorted Nugget and Frozen Food Production Training” again at P3D DKI Jakarta
Thursday, 12 November 2020, Magfood held an Entrepreneurship Training “Production of Various Nuggets and Frozen Food” organized by P3D DKI Jakarta, Jl Naman No.1, Duren Sawit, East Jakarta. This training is the 2nd training after previously held Magfood training for Assorted Meatball Production. Attended by 16 participants, they were very enthusiastic about participating in the various Nugget and Frozen Food Production training from Magfood. This training program is divided into 20% theory and 80% hands-on practice.
The material presented includes:
1. Entrepreneurship material and management aspects including fulfillment of PIRT & BPOM for MSME producers, as well as hygine for canteens, catering and restaurants which were delivered directly by Mrs. Yanti Melianty Isa as CEO and Founder of PT. Magfood Food Innovation.
2. Materials and Practices for the production of various Nugget and Frozen Foods with standardized production and preparation of SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) starting from the selection of raw materials, production methods including composition, temperature, time etc., packaging methods, storage methods, and product delivery methods.
For the Assorted Nuggets and Frozen Foods that are practiced in today’s training, various ingredients are chicken, fish, corn, spinach, tempeh, etc. And various frozen food items such as Beef Patty, mozzarella sticks, pizza nuggets, corn nuggets, chicken nuggets, burgers, beef steaks etc.
3. Production cost calculation material (HPP = Cost of Production) of various nuggets and frozen food.
Nugget menu application and frozen food in the outlet/catering business or central kitchen for franchise outlet networks and own branches. Including calculating the BEP target (break even point) so that participants have a daily target for ROI (Return On Investment).
4.Build national and global network.
PT MagFood Food Innovation continues to consistently develop products and food entrepreneurship training modules to produce competent entrepreneurs. Thus, it is hoped that the number of entrepreneurs in Indonesia will continue to grow so that the economic cycle continues to roll quickly.
