Recipe for making easy and delicious meatballs

Bakso became famous in Indonesia by the Chinese Indonesian community. The term meatball also comes from the word Bak-So in Hokkien (Taiwanese) language which means ground beef. Because the majority of Indonesians are Muslim, most meatballs are made from halal meat such as chicken, beef or fish. Nowadays, this round-shaped delicacy is mostly sold by Javanese people and the famous ones are from the cities of Malang, Solo and Wonogiri. The three cities have their own characteristics. Making Meatballs with Magfood Meatball Premix

• Prepare the raw materials: Meat, Ice Cubes, Magfood Meatball Premix, Magfood Marinade Premix
• Grind the fresh meat in a grinder
• Marinate meat with Premix Marinade Magfood for 10-15 minutes
• Grin the marinated meat into a food processor along with crushed ice for 1-2 minutes
• Add Magfood meatball premix and remaining ice cubes, grind until homogeneous.
• Round the meatballs with your hands and a spoon
• Put the meatballs in the water heated to 50-70^oC until all the dough is printed.
• Boil the meatballs at a temperature of 50-70oC for 50-60 minutes for beef meatballs, mixed meatballs, or muscle meatballs, and 15-25 minutes for seafood meatballs
• Drain, then spread onto a tray/basin
