EASY RECIPES TO MAKE A DELICIOUS DRAGON Leg Nuggets A la MAGFOOD SPICE TOWER
Materials and Manufacturing Methods:
- Prepare raw materials and Magfood Premix Nugget (includes Premix A, Premix B, Coating and Breadcrumb)
Meat: 400 grams
Ice cubes: 200 grams
Premix A: 200 grams
Premix B : 50 grams
Bread crumbs : 180 grams
Coating: 200 grams
- Soak premix B with water, in a ratio of 1:3 for 15-30 minutes, then filter.
- Grind the fresh meat/minced into a meat processor/meat mincer together with ice cubes, Premix A MAGFOOD and Premix B MAGFOOD that have been soaked
- Knead the dough until well blended.
- To make dragon legs, the dough is molded and then pierced with an ice cream stick
- Then steamed at a temperature of 80-90ºC, for 10-15 minutes
- Raise and drain
- Then the steamed nuggets are covered with Magfood Coating and Magfood Bread Crumb
- Fry at 100ºC until brown
- Pour the sauce over it
- Serve while still warm
