Ingredients for Making Beef Patty

- Prepare the raw materials
- Soak the Magfood premix B in hot water, with a ratio of 1:3 for 15-30 minutes (until the texture expands and is soft), then strain
- Slice the onion and garlic
- Saute onion and garlic, set aside
- Mix ground beef, Magfood premix B which has been soaked in hot water, and Magfood seasoning beef patty premix
- Mix the sauteed onion and garlic with the ground beef mixture
- Knead until smooth and smooth (you can use a food processor for a more unified texture)
