Magfood Amazy’s First Steps As Participant of the 2021 PARAMAKARYA Award

In 2021, the Government of Indonesia will give the Paramakarya Award to companies that have successfully demonstrated their best performance. This award is routinely carried out every 2 years in every odd year. Meanwhile, the award for even years is the Siddhakarya Award. Alhamdulillah, PT. MAGFOOD FOOD INNOVATION won the 2020 Siddhakarya Award for the Medium Enterprise category. Therefore, Magfood Amazy is also working hard, improving various aspects of internal management to get the 2021 Paramakarya Award. The award is not the ultimate goal to be achieved, BUT the most important thing is that there are 8 BUSINESS EXCELLENT FRAMEWORK that the company must achieve if it wants to become a GLOBAL COMPANY. Those are the 8 PARAMETERS that Magfood Amazy is trying to do by making improvements internally consistently and continuously which becomes the ROAD MAP or reference path to be able to continue to grow and develop.
One of the strategies undertaken by PT. MAGFOOD FOOD INNOVATION for HR Competency Development is by participating in many trainings. This time, we are collaborating with the Center for Regional Productivity Development of the DKI Jakarta Provincial Manpower, Transmigration and Energy Office in carrying out TQM (Total Quality Management) training and assistance.

The first day of the TQM training was carried out, precisely on Friday January 15, 202I through a zoom meeting, hosted by one of the best P3D trainers, Mr. Sukron Munawar. Participants who participated in this training amounted to 17 employees who are in different divisions. In 2 hours of training, Mr. Sukron explained about the definition of TQM, the main elements, and the principles of TQM and the value of TQM. In addition, Mr. Sukron also gave assignments that must be done and collected with the aim of making the participants more active and directly involved because this training will continue in the future.

Magfood Amazy will also collaborate with Productivity Development from the Ministry of Manpower (KEMNAKER) for training and mentoring of KPIs (Key Performance Indicators). The application letter has been received and is still waiting for the schedule. Thus, going forward, Magfood Amazy already has a training and mentoring schedule to become a participant and winner of the 2021 Paramakarya Award.

The meaning of Paramakarya itself is a special work. For the Magfood and Amazy Brands, being a participant in the Paramakarya Award is a special process that requires hard work and making changes for the better towards high productivity and competitiveness to become a Nation’s Asset as the Company’s vision is to make the Magfood and Amazy Brands become Global Brands. Hopefully Magfood Amazy will be the winner of the 2021 Paramakarya Award, amen.
