SUCCESS ! Magfood Holds Online Webinar Again “Food MSME Production Management”

Thursday (15/7/2021) Magfood Training Center successfully held a Food Production Management Webinar of SMEs. Attended by SMEs and beginners from all over Indonesia. This activity was held at 09.00 – 12.00 WIB, using the Zoom Clouds Meetings application. By presenting resource persons who are very experienced and Experts in the Field of Development and Productivity of Food Products, namely Mrs. Yanti Melianty Isa, as CEO and Founder of PT. Magfood Innovation Food and PT. Magfood Amazy International. The event started with a prayer reading, introduction of Mrs. Yanti Melianty’s CV and the screening of a company profile video.

In her material she said that the purpose of production management in the food industry is very important for food safety, consumer health and safety, worker health and safety, consistency in product quality, building a trusted brand and ease of duplication & growing a business. In addition, Mrs. Yanty conveyed the material, starting from the production room, standard equipment used by the industry, worker hygiene, production flow, and making SOPs (System Operating Procedures) and much more.
